Answers to what members ask most
What are Special Sessions?
Special Sessions are pre-recorded, lecture-style videos, with a new one releasing each month. They are in addition to the new tutorial (the design instruction video) that also releases monthly.
They cover the principles and concepts that support our work as artists. Topics come directly from member submissions, so they stay timely, relevant, and solution-based.
If I sign up monthly, do I get access to everything right away?
Yes. Whether you choose monthly or annual, you have access to every class currently inside the Virtual Studio from the moment you join.
Am I committed to a minimum number of months?
No. There is no minimum commitment on the monthly plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel inside your account at passionflowersue.com/login, or send a cancellation request to our support team.
If you cancel mid-period, your subscription keeps working until that period ends β one month for monthly plans, twelve months for annual. When it ends, access to the Studio is revoked and you will not be billed again.
Please cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions canceled mid-month or mid-year.
If I cancel, do I keep any of the classes?
This is a digital subscription. You are paying to access the content, not to own it. Your access to the tutorials, supplemental materials, and the private group ends on the date your next payment would have been due.
How does renewal work, and will I get a reminder?
Both plans renew automatically β monthly or yearly, respectively.
We do not send reminders for monthly payments. For annual subscriptions we do our best to email you before renewal, but it remains your responsibility to know your renewal date. If you are not subscribed to marketing emails, we are unable to send those notifications.
How do I update my card?
Log in, click your avatar in the upper right, go to Settings, then Billing Info, and select "replace" next to your card. Complete the prompt and click Update.
Can I download the videos or the PDF recipes?
Videos are available for streaming only. PDF recipes can be downloaded and kept, even if you later cancel.
Can I stay in the private group if I cancel?
No. Group access ends at the time your next payment would have been due.
